  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date.

1.3 Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service on instagram page @vtechcy to obtain a return authorization.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If the return is approved, you will get a voucher of the same value to use in our store.

We currently do offer exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item.
