    Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
  2. Shipping Methods:
    We offer standard shipping options. We ship all over Cyprus via Akis Express Courier, which has over 100 branches all over Cyprus.
  3. Domestic and International Shipping:
    We provide shipping services only domestically . Customers are responsible for collecting their orders from the Akis Express branch they have chosen.
  4. Shipping Rates:
    Our shop offers FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY for orders over €29.90! Standard shipping rate is €2.99.
  5. Order Tracking:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package.
  6. Undeliverable Packages:
    If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible and is not liable for refund.
  7. Lost or Damaged Packages:
    In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team promptly. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund.
  8. Shipping Holidays:
    Please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays on holidays. Orders placed around major holidays may require additional processing and delivery time.
